Free to start, free to change your mind, and nothing charged until you approve the art.

Send us the brief
The event, roughly how many people, and a date. If you found something in the archive you like, send that too. Costs nothing and takes about two minutes.

We come back with a proof
Your letters, your colours, on the garment you picked - usually inside two business days. Revisions are free, and there is no cap on them.

You approve the art
This is the first point anything is owed. Until you say yes to the proof, there is no invoice and no commitment.

Sizes and payment
Send us a size breakdown. We'll invoice the chapter once, or split it per person if that's easier for your treasurer.

Production, 10 to 14 days
From art approval, not from the first email. Rush turnarounds are available when the date is tight - tell us early and we'll say yes or no straight away.

Everything ships to your rep, sorted by size, ready to hand out.

Questions we get

Why a 12-piece minimum?: Screen printing has a fixed setup cost per design, per colour. Below about 12 pieces that setup dominates the price and nobody is happy with the number. If you need fewer, tell us anyway - some methods work at lower counts.
How much does it cost?: It depends on the garment, the number of print locations, and how many colours the art uses. We quote with the proof so you see the design and the price together rather than guessing from a table.
Can you match our chapter colours exactly?: Yes. Give us the Pantone if your organisation publishes one; otherwise we'll match to whatever your nationals use and show you on the proof.
What about our letters and crest?: Fraternity and sorority names, letters, and insignia belong to the organisations. We'll tell you plainly where we stand on licensing for your specific organisation before anything goes to print.
Can everyone pay separately?: Tell us on the form and we'll set that up rather than making your treasurer chase 60 people.
We have our own design already.: Even better. Send the file and we'll tell you whether it will print well and what it needs.
