What we collect

When you create an account, place an order request, submit a custom design, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), order details, and any artwork or notes you submit. If you create an account, your wishlist, basket, and saved designs are stored so they follow you across devices.

How we use it

We use your information only to run the shop: responding to your messages, confirming and fulfilling order requests, and keeping your account features working. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Account and order data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can update your account details from your account page at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated records, email care@larya.online and we'll take care of it.
