How ordering works

L'ARYA does not process payments on this website yet. Submitting a basket or custom order is a request, not a binding purchase. We confirm availability, final pricing, shipping, and payment with you by email before anything is charged or produced. Prices shown on the site are estimates until confirmed.

Custom designs and your artwork

When you upload artwork to the customizer, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You grant us permission to reproduce it solely to produce your order. We may decline any design at our discretion.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site, spam our forms, or attempt to interfere with other customers.

Our content

Everything on this site: product photography, the L'ARYA name and logo, and site design, belongs to us and can't be reused commercially without written permission.

Liability and governing law

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
