Returns & Exchanges

Closet pieces

Pieces from The Closet can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within [X business days].

Custom pieces

Custom orders from The L.A.B are made specifically for you and are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged or with a production error, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a repair, remake, or refund.

How to start a return

Email care@larya.online with your order reference and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Sale items

Discounted items can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) but are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
